Method 1

1. Launch and sign in to the app if you have not done so.
2.  While in the app, tap the navigation button.
3. Tap Periods and Goals.
4. Tap on the relevant period.
5. Tap Manage Goals.
6. Slide the goal you wish to delete all the way to the left.
7. Confirm by tapping Delete.
8. Your goal list should now be updated without the deleted goal.

Method 2

1. Launch and sign in to the app if you have not done so.
2.  While in the app, tap the navigation button.
3. Tap Periods and Goals.
4. Tap on the relevant period.
5. Tap Manage Goals.
6. Tap on the goal you wish to delete.
7. Tap Delete Goal.
